I'm Ulli, the developer of 1stMover extensions. Most 1stMover extensions are free of charges or fees and this is the forum site where you can get free support for these extensions. The word "free" is important and it means too, that I'm doing these free things in my free time and sometime I'm not able to answer all the questions posted here. I would like to ask for your patience.

If you want to help me (writing manuals, answering the posts here) then this will be very appreciated.

Before posting new post, please read the documentation and the previous forum posts as answering the same questions takes a lot of time which is missing for developing and for answering not yet answered posts.

Thank you very much for your understanding, Ulli

Eventlist Extension: Optional Tweets 1 Year, 11 Months ago
Hey,

First of all, thank you a lot for solving my problems with Eventlist-Twitter. This is the best extension so far! works great

However, I add a lot of events on my site, and some aren't important enough to post on twitter. Maybe a nice addition would be if I can choose whether I want to update twitter or not

Greetings,
mathy

Also, the ability to send a custom hashtag to all your tweets (you can put the hashtag youw ant in the general options, and it gets send with all tweets or something)

Hi,

thx for the feedback.

The Pro version has a "manually mode". When acivated you must approve ALL tweets in the backend before they are posted. But I suggest, that this is NOT exactly what you need. The next major release of the Pro version has some more options to handle this (comes out in may/june).

I have also opened a feature request (no timeline for this at the monent, sorry): joomlacode.org/gf/project/autotweet_ng/t...racker_item_id=19830

greetings

Hey Ulli,

nice to hear from you, and that it is on the feature requests page.

for now I've manually created what I wanted.
I added a boolean to the eventlist page where you can add events, asking if it should post to Twitter. default is no.. if it's yes, Autotweet will post to Twitter
and after each save, the booleon reverts back to no to avoid double posting when the event gets edited

this works perfectly thanks to autotweet!
