Please read this before you post

I'm Ulli, the developer of 1stMover extensions. Most 1stMover extensions are free of charges or fees and this is the forum site where you can get free support for these extensions. The word "free" is important and it means too, that I'm doing these free things in my free time and sometime I'm not able to answer all the questions posted here. I would like to ask for your patience.

If you want to help me (writing manuals, answering the posts here) then this will be very appreciated.

Before posting new post, please read the documentation and the previous forum posts as answering the same questions takes a lot of time which is missing for developing and for answering not yet answered posts.

bit.ly error on k2 plugin 1 Year, 11 Months ago

when he published a new article with K2, I get this error:

AutoTweet - short url service bit.ly failed, try to use is.gd - http_code = 200, err = ()

while Kunena works well. Would not be a problem if the service is.gd worked, but that gives me a url without www.mysite.com but only index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id etc.
someone knows this bug? have bug fix?

P.S. i'm using Artio JoomSEF. Can the problem be caused by this component?

Do you save the K2 article from the backend or from front end? Normally JoomSEF should not be a problem. Do you use the newest version of the component and the K2 plugin? (There was such a problem when one of this is not the newest version.)

hi ustorck, congratulations for the component, it's fantastic.I'm using latest version of the k2 compomponent and plugin, and i'm saving all k2 article from backend. All help is much appreciated. thanks and greetings Emilio

Mmmh... Does it work for K2 when you save the article from frontend? > but that gives me a url without www.mysite.com > but only index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id Where do you see this url? (In AutoTweet backend?). Can you please disable url shortening in AutoTweet component options and send me link to a tweet with wrong url?

yes i see this url in autotweet backend.. i don't know why. a wrong is.gd url is.gd/9SQ4g my twitter profile twitter.com/listaraggiosole would be better use bit.ly to generate shorten url. I don't understand why this works with the Kunena plugin and not with that of K2. is.gd even if it worked I would be fine. thanks for the help and sorry for my english

I do not understand how this can happen. I do also suggest that this has nothing to do with URL shortening. Sorry for asking this again: Your really sure that you have installed newest versions: - AutoTweet NG Component 2.5 - AutoTweet NG K2-Extension 2.4
