I'm Ulli, the developer of 1stMover extensions. Most 1stMover extensions are free of charges or fees and this is the forum site where you can get free support for these extensions. The word "free" is important and it means too, that I'm doing these free things in my free time and sometime I'm not able to answer all the questions posted here. I would like to ask for your patience.

If you want to help me (writing manuals, answering the posts here) then this will be very appreciated.

Before posting new post, please read the documentation and the previous forum posts as answering the same questions takes a lot of time which is missing for developing and for answering not yet answered posts.

Thank you very much for your understanding, Ulli

When it posts the link to my article to bit.ly, It always references an https link. Is there anyway to change this?

AutoTweet uses the URL returned by Joomla. So https is configured for this sites.

Can you post a sample link and the URL of your site?

I do have ssl on this site, but is there a way to not have it default to these links. Is it because I have the admin panel using the https?

Here is my site:

Hm, maybe. But we can test this. Do you have posted these articles from the backend? If so, please save a new article form frontend site and let me know if there is "http" or "https"

For version 2.0 (since 2.0beta4) I have now integrated an option to set the base path manually. See the new parameter 'Overwrite base URL' in ther component parameters.

This should solve problems like this.
