Hi, Just wanted to let you know that there are still issues with the eventlist plugin for autotweet - when posting an event from the frontend in eventlist, the plugin is interfering somehow with eventlist, in that the URL for the created event is not correct.

I am thinking this is because your plugin is tuned for V 1.0 of JrGradian's sef_ext for eventlist, and not V2.0?

V2.0 was developed to address the issue of multiple events - it adds cat id's and event id's to the URL's so multiple same named events can exist (which really, is a requirement at the least)

So, whats happening is that when I create an event from the frontend (which, on our site, we NEED the ability to do this eith eventlist) - the event is created, it shows on the eventlistcalq mini calendar, it shows in the list of events under appropriate category - but - when clicking on the event in the mini calendar or even in the list of events, the URL is not correct - its just /events.html ... which then leads to a 404 page... so, any events created in the frontend are useless as such.

so, to clarify, the plugin - if enabled, actually interferes with the creation of correct URL's for an event created in the frontend, and complete functionality of the posted event in frontend not just the URL for the tweet! - If I disable the autotweet plugin, it works as it should...

(BTW the autoweet part works great though - of course, the URL is also a 404 through that, but the rest works ok)

Can you verify if the plugin is indeed not compatible with V2.0 of Jrgradian's plugin at this point so I can stop tearing my hair out? lol

Again, thanks for the great plugin, I would like to think that most people have updated their sh404 plugin for eventlist to V2.0, considering you can't do recurring events without it

Test for eventlist autotweet plugin, latest version

The URL as you can see is not correct (test tweet output)

As well, as per my first post, the event thats created has the above URL for some reason as well and subsequently does not function on the site as a result.

It should have been in a format similiar to this:

www.mywebsite.com/events/2-a-category-te...y-at-your-house.html

Let me know if you need more info or test run.

I updated my eventlist plugin for sh404sef i made a year ago ( index.php?f=8&t=5785&rb_view=viewtopic ), this updated version now works with latest eventlist 1.0 and sh404sef 1.0.x, in this new version i also made some fixes and improvements:

- I added the category and id in the detail event view sef url now u will have:mywebsite.com/category/1-eventname.html. This was made to avoid the problem when u have duplicate name events.
- I added meta-ext file to make page title work correctly.
- Fixed sef url errors in some views was wrong in the first version.
- Now all eventlist sef url working ok with latest eventlist version (Eventlist 1.0).
- Now all eventlist sef url working ok with joomfish 2.0 installed.

This is a free contribution to the eventlist community like the first version i made a year ago.

Further testing has been completed using autotweetNG PRO, and eventlist plugin with Standard default Joomla SEF.

I am happy to report that I am getting good URL's (non sef) but at least this works now.

I have an issue to report at this time however.

- When the option to report the event's date in the tweet is turned on, it reports in the tweet a date 24 hours earlier.

For example: a tweet for an event on December 25th, comes through on twitter tweet with a date of December 24th.

Other than that, I have no other issues to report at this time. I will have to turn off date reporting until this issue has been resolved - Please advise.
